You must immediately alert someone else - GIVE NOTE SAYING "CALL POLICE - BOMB THREAT"

BUT DO NOT PUT DOWN THE RECEIVER OR STOP THE CONVERSATION

  • Remain calm, be courteous, listen to, and do not interrupt the caller
  • If your phone has caller ID display, record number of incoming call
  • Obtain as much information as you can and try to keep the caller talking
  • Don't hang up the phone. Leave line open
